Over the past two years, I have placed three orders, and each one has had significant issues, including delays, damaged goods, and lost items. In my most recent order, after waiting two months, I was offered a refund along with a €5 bonus and was encouraged to repurchase the items. This €5 offer barely covers the delivery charges, and to make matters worse, the same items are now priced at over €30 more than when I originally ordered them. Despite bringing this to their attention, SportPursuit has shown an alarming inability to acknowledge the problem or offer a reasonable solution. This experience reflects a total lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and absurd after-sales practices. I strongly advise anyone considering a purchase from SportPursuit to think twice. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere!
