Being ghosted about an order I placed about 2 weeks ago. Just bad - or non-existent - customer service. I'm trying to find out the shipping status. There's no way to check on the website, emails to customer service are ignored, and nobody answers the phone. Maybe the order has shipped? Maybe not? Very frustrating experience so far.
