Super helpful and responsive with the initial order but also with an exchange for a different color and pattern. Sweater Chalet was impressively quick to offer to mend a hat that came unraveled at the top sewn portion (not the knit itself). They paid for shipping and I got the fixed hat back quickly. All items are very warm and durable!
