I bought some Dachstein mittens, a family fave from Sweater Chalet. They fit poorly, an anomaly for Dachstein. I described the problem and asked for a return label and Adrienne and Rick replied with a return label, almost immediately over the weekend. In addition, they suggested I take more detailed measurements of my hand and they would make sure my next order would be a good fit.
