Rudeness and customer feeling uncomfortable. Being honest the young lady who looked to be a new member of staff in the shop at Chapelfield, Norwich. She trying very hard to please with very nice manners and straight to the customer to serve Great! The other two members obviously old staff taking there roles as staff members for granted continued ignoring customers and carried on laughing and talking aloud. They even instructed the newer member of staff on what to sell, give away as free testers/samples? belittling the newer member in front of customers, leaving me feeling very uncomfortable. 10 out of 10 for the young lady who did serve myself but for the interference from the other two members with the obvious fake yellow tan's, very disappointing and made me feel very uncomfortable with the rudeness.
