Received incorrect perfume - ordered Chanel No. 5 but got Mademoiselle. Very disappointed because it was for my friends 60th birthday. Had to jump through hoops and take photo's to prove the incorrect item was sent. Read the return policy which is way too complicated. So bubbled wrapped it, returned it. They refuse point blank to refund me. They wont confirm receipt of the item and they wanted more photo's of how it was packaged and proof of postage...... awful, dreadful customer services.
