Ordered on the 27th of May and the order was despatched 2nd of June. Between 2nd of June and today has been several emails from customer support, many of them automated mass replies. After about a month of despatching, the order was declared as lost in transit. I was given 2 options, to get replacements or to get refund. Well, we needed the items ordered so I opted for replacement and was given fully tracked delivery (the initial order was not tracked which is really odd because of their high international delivery charge). It's been 3 months now and I still have not received the order. Getting sick of reading the customer support's reassuring emails "we appreciate this is highly frustrating", "we are commited to getting the order for you in the near future", "sorry for any inconvenience". Honestly, TM Lewin is only a shadow of what it used to be or even less if it is possible.
Yesterday I received an email from TML that my order has been cancelled and "As such we have had to cancel your order and we assure you, no payment has been taken." What the...?? Well the payment has definitely been taken on the 31st of May and now they owe me €140,80. Let's see if it takes another 3 months and numerous emails until I see the refund on my credit card.
