This company should be avoided at all cost.. Some companies ask 'What could we do better?' In Towsures case it's, everything !! If it was possible to give zero stars then I would. Your customer service is simply awful. Items ordered that are showing in stock are cancelled as 'out of stock'. This has happened many times not just to me but others as well. I have even rang in, confirmed that the item I wanted was in stock for delivery. I was assured it was so went ahead and ordered. Two days later, order cancelled as unavailable !! Emails not responded to, long waits on the phone, long waits for refunds of cancelled orders. I now don't even search your website for items I need. This review will not get acted on and nothing will change as you simply do not care. I have dealt with you many times over the years but now something has as they say, 'broke' and you are simply not dealing with it. My dealings with you are at an end...... good luck...
