Not happy with towsure. I ordered ,which I thought, was a convector heater for my new caravan. nowhere on the page did it say that it was a fan heater. But I did receive a fan heater. When I contacted towsure they said.on the website it shows,on the box, that it a fan heater. When I asked about returns and getting my money back they said that it would cost ME £9-50 to get it picked up. They said if I had looked on the box on the website i would have seen it. I am very disappointed and won't deal with them again. V booth
