Ordered a towbar - this came within the week as expected. A telephone number was supplied to third party fitter. To cut a long story short - fobbed off by the fitters, 2 months later and a third date to fit missed, I had to return the towbar. The external fitters (RD Autoelectrics) were rude and put the phone down on me on the third missed fitting date after I stated that the service was poor. Formed the impression that towsure custom was a low priority. Returned the towbar to Towsure and refunded the amount and I organised a local fitter a a much reduced cost. I can not understand how Towsure charge a Premium price but are unable to influence the fitters and make it happen!. A poor experience and not to be repeated. Shame but saved me money (£155!) in the end.
