I paid for a rush 48hr service. I called and talked to someone who gave a quote of $110. I gave them the city on the background report. A day later they emailed me from a new email address and I didn't see it. They didn't bother calling me- and I contacted them 48hrs later. The email was asking for $55 more to do the serve 1x, versus 3 in the quote. They refused to call me back and instead did back and forth email where the dude literally said "you tricked us" with the address. I'm being stalked and harassed. I don't need to deal with an asshole that I'm paying to serve someone. You didn't give a correct quote, took my money, didn't call me, fd up the serve that I needed to keep my job. You didn't do your job and your customer service SUCKS!
