From the Ubisoft Connect app. I tried to use coin credits for a %20 discount when buying a game (older game not new). I clicked four times (waiting each time) and nothing happened. I never got a discount - BUT, it deducted 400 credits from my account which left me with only 96 (you need 100 for a discount code.) I started a ticket and told them this and they kept sending me request after request for screenshots showing me trying to get a discount code. I already told them (if they read at all) that I only had 96 - not 100. They just kept asking for screenshots. Then they asked for SAME screenshots to include the system clock !
I'm just not buying anymore Ubisoft junk games. I'll stick to Steam (and make sure the games aren't requiring the Ubisoft Connect platform.
