I would give Ubisoft a zero if I could. I purchased a new game (just dance) and tried to make an in game subscription (unlimited) which would be giving Ubisoft more money but it wasn’t working. I contacted Ubisoft for the first time about this issue on Feb 24, 2024… it is now may 16, 2024 and they STILL have not resolved this issue. Every time I get a message saying my case is still under review or sent to a higher up. I’m starting to think this is all a joke because how many higher ups are they. They stopped replying to my ticket and have not resolved the issue. I am extremely disappointed in this customer service especially when I am trying to give them more money for an in-game subscription purchase and they won’t even send me a new SD card for the game. Worst customer service ever. 3 months and nothing done. Ridiculous!
