I’m disappointed in this company. I enjoyed their games but their customer service sucks. My Ubisoft Connect auto logged into a friends account. I purchased a game which went to him. They said they could help. Told me to sent proof of receipt three different times. Then stated “You purchased the game on his account so you can only play on his account. If you need anything else then let me know.” This is after they said they would help. I went further and said I’ll just get a refund then. Their response was that they will not give me a refund as they are at “capacity” and then stated they are closing the case. I’m frustrated because I haven’t played the game at all and they went from helping me to refusing to help and they did not even care to help. I’ll be no longer supporting this company as I won’t buy form a company who lacks customer service and will refuse to give you a refund when they don’t help you like they said you would. Thanks to Steam, I asked for a refund and they gave me my money back within 15 minutes after I fully explained what happened. Thanks Steam!
