I ordered 2m3 they charged for 3 and said they would refund. The concrete was too dry at first so the guy had to add more water by which point the mix was not great. When driving off he didn’t put the arm in and damaged my concrete fence post. He said He would put me down for less concrete so I was expecting a lower bill. They charged me extra anyway and when I phone to get a refund they gave me the run around passing me from one person to another over about 4 months. They never intended to refund me and gave lies about who does refunds or their bank account was down or they didn’t have the details with them. They said they would refund but it never came through. They know you’ll just give up in the end. What else can you do. Very frustrating waste of time. Very disappointed.
