First time using Wallis online was charged twice for dress Aug 8th.
Unable to get money back
Many emails, always different person, keep being told complaint escalated ( 3 times now) Been asked to send and resend screen shot of credit card bill.
Have read many reviews on other sites and all have same or similar experiences.
Good at taking your money but not good at rectifying their mistakes, I suppose it's one way of making money!
