No delivery and poor customer service
I made my order and received notice my delivery was on its way 13/07 so I checked my tracking to see my order had already been delivered...? Err..no it wasn’t - the online DPD bot was less than useless just kept saying my parcel was delivered- so I contact Wallis customer service and they asked for 48 hrs to sort and then a further 48 hrs for courier to respond that was on Monday (5 days ago) I am still chasing them for a reply regarding refund....my advice....don’t buy from Wallis online the system is apt enough to take your money but falls down if something goes wrong .... a customer of Wallis for 25 years but definitely not going be now
