Bought 2 silver chains 24" £99 and 22" £129 they came on time but i can tell is not the finest chains even if is my entry level jewelery. You cant return them to shop if you want a refund. But you are allowed to exchange or get a voucher. Theres option to return to their hq at your own risk and postage price for a reasonable reason
