I purchased a silver chain as a Christmas present, I asked the lady who served me if I could get my money back if the person I was giving it to didn't like it. I was told yes I could.
Today I went back to a branch of Warren James (not where I brought the chain)
I was told I could have a voucher, but I couldn't have my money back. And I also had to redeem the credit note at the shop where I was issued the credit note. Not any other branch. The lady who served me was pleasant. She had no choice as it was company policy.
