The sales assistant and store manager were very helpful and patient to help me pick what I wanted
My first time buying sterling silver and the sales assistant helped describe the difference in each piece I chose with intend to buy
The sales manager realizing my desire actually went to get the latest necklace not on display yet for me to see - which I bought, and happy that it also has a sale price
