Very disappointed about the staff attitude. I wanted to buy some wedding rings that they had to order as they had size only for one of us. All good until I've got a call today saying that they can't order one of them as is Christmas, so I can come to buy the one they have in stock and try another of their store to find the other. As they said I can ring and ask the other store if they have it in stock, I asked them yo do it for me as it was easier and ring me back and tell me. The answer was that they can't ring themselves. So terrible customer service experience. After being contacted by their customer service team I've been told to go in one of their store and ask to be ordered. This was I have done in the first instance so no helpful at all.
