We bought some earrings from Warren James and within 2 weeks a Crystal had fallen out, upon returning to the store we was told this would happen if the jewellery got wet as crystals were held in with paste. We said we were unaware of this at point of sale and asked for a refund. Was told they don’t have to give refund but they can as a goodwill gesture, I asked if the could do that and was told no they don’t have too. Quoted consumer rights for faulty goods and that we were entitled to a refund but the manager just refused.
Manager refused to give name or written refusal of refund.
Will now be taking this a lot further as they are saying they don’t have to follow consumer rights act.
Stay away from this company, poor customer service and poor products
