Spent £420 on a gift watch for my son, it quickly developed a fault and they asked me to send it back for a repair or refund, I did this however they have done neither and I am now £428 down and no watch - all I keep getting is ‘sorry for the delay’ emails, I'm really sad abt this as I had used them in the past and have spent a lot of money with this company. I understand they have been taken over by the Fraser group but this does not seem to have improved anything. Be careful I still have no refund & no watch.
