1. They don't allow you to edit your address, which is crazy if you preorder a book, because then you're not allowed to make life choices like move in the 10 months that you are waiting for it if you want to receive the book. 2. It's September, and I have been waiting since June for an exclusive signed edition for a book I preordered in May. Since June, anytime I ask about when it will be delivered, I get a templated email saying deliveries are delayed, but if I ask for more information, I just get sent that email again (or ignored) even though I see online that most people have received their copy months ago. I am supposed to get a different exclusive signed book this month that I have been excited for since February when I preordered it, but I am seriously doubting I will get it.
TL;DR Waterstones is very unorganized and has terrible communication/customer service skills.
