Placed order December 1st for Christmas gift. Description showed "in stock and ready to ship". Called on Dec. 13th, was advised I would have it by the 20th. Emailed and called on the 20th, was told I would have it for Christmas. They would not give me tracking number. It is now the 24th. All deliveries to my home have been made and no package!! Called immediately and was told "Sorry, it will be delivered on the 28th"!!! Really? Are you kidding me? Order placed on the 1st!!! Now I have no gift for this young man. No way to do business and I will never buy from again. Totally unacceptable!
