I recently scheduled a maintenance service for my truck and was assigned service tech Shannon. It was quite busy upon arrival but she explained and was quite verse in making sure I understood what would transpire with my vehicles service. She listens to customers complaints on my vehicle problems and made recommendations for me to decide what to do without pressure. She kept me informed throughout my waiting process and that is a good thing, especially during the waiting part. She is by far a great service technician, gregarious person to meet face to face. She sets a good example for the Wesley Chapel Toyota team. Keep up the great work👍🏽 Joseph P
