I’m adding to the already extremely poor service reviews of West Marine. No tracking on orders, no follow through in customer service department, lost orders, have yet to receive a callback from anyone working my case after dealing with over 10 people. At the local level you just get the run around because corporate treat them the same. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL SCREW YOU IN AVERY ORIFIC YOU HAVE. It seems that it doesn’t bother them that their CS sucks with no attempt in to fix it. Absolutely unacceptable way to treat customers who spend their hard earned money with this company.
