Bought a custom chair for boat. It’s too large. Tried to return and was told that despite the fact that I ordered it on line and that there was no West Marine store within 200 miles of my location, the only way to return the item was to take it to a store. Ridiculous! Don’t order from this company unless you have a store near you!!!
