I have a few pieces from White Stuff and so I have a reasonably balanced view of service, quality and price. Whilst I find that prices are generally on the high side, the sale is very good for picking up a bargain. Quality can vary. I have two shirts and a top that are wearing very well and still look like new. On the other hand, I bought a t-shirt (Hannah) last year that came out of the washing machine with two holes in it. This was very thin, Fairtrade cotton, which I know is ethically grown but isn’t always hard wearing. Customer service varies as well. The staff in Totnes store are particularly friendly and helpful but I was snapped at in a store I shan’t mention. Clearly, personalities can’t all be the same just because they work for the same company and that can happen in any shop. I don’t do delivery, preferring to click and collect but the service is always quite quick. Again, I would return to the store rather than post. I find some of the heavily patterned things a bit too loud for me, but I keep going back, so they must be doing something right.
