I ordered 3 items from Wiggle, paying extra for next day delivery. All items were indicated as being in stock for next day delivery.
Only two items arrived next day, with no indication given of when the final item would arrive. One of the items that arrived was not in original packaging - this had not been indicated in the description; one key part was very different to the one in the picture and description; and another key part listed in the installation manual was missing altogether.
When I contacted Wiggle for assistance it took 4 days for them to respond to say that what they’d sent was correct, but they needed to update their website. Having cross checked the manufacturer's website I have found that this is certainly not the case: as I thought one part was incorrect and the other was indeed missing. This suggests Wiggle staff lack key product expertise and understanding.
This issue is still not resolved – due to the slow response time from Wiggle I’ve had to buy the missing / incorrect parts elsewhere and am now out of pocket by around £80 and despite multiple requests over several days Wiggle have not yet resolved the issue.
I’ve been a regular customer of Wiggle for many years, and generally the service has been good. However, it appears that when things go wrong they’re not equipped to deal with it, and they do not seem able to resolve straightforward issues.
