I placed my first order with Wiggle last week and received an incorrect item - not great, but I realise accidents happen. I tried to call them, but they have no customer service phone number that I could find. I then emailed to let them know and was told that I’d need to send a photo of the incorrect item, which I did the following morning. I made Wiggle aware that I needed my item quickly (because of a race that I was doing after a holiday). I then waited 2 working days for a response to say that they had verified I’d been sent the wrong item and that I’d need to return it before I could get either a refund or the item I ordered sent out.
In my view, this is terrible customer service. I was sent an incorrect item (Wiggle’s mistake) and have now had to order the item elsewhere whilst waiting for my refund from Wiggle. Not worth the risk if you need your item for a specific race/event!
