We ordered a sofa bed in March and were informed it would take 10-12 weeks to be delivered due to Covid - completely understandable and we assumed it would be 12 weeks.
Our order confirmation stated ‘Your next contact from Willow & Hall will be to book your delivery’ however at 11 weeks we had heard nothing. We had made plans for family and friends to visit and use our new sofa bed as the lockdown restrictions were eased, so called Willow & Hall to arrange the delivery date, only to casually be told that the sofa would not be made until the week commencing 12th July, and delivery would be week commencing the 19th July.
It’s a good job we called, because we’ve received no explanation of why there is such a significant delay, and if this new delivery date still stands today. We were really pleased with the company when purchasing the sofa, but the radio silence from customer service since is appalling - not what we expected for what we thought was a premium product and company.
