After being let down by another well known retailer I stumbled upon Willow and Hall having never heard of them before.
Their customer service was wonderful, efficient. Their prices were better than the other well known retailer and the quality of the sofa bed we purchased was excellent.
5 years on and I am still very happy with the quality of the sofa bed which has been used many times.
