I found the lady (Ros) , in the showroom in Chiswick, extremely helpful. She spent a great deal of time with me , finding the right sofa, the right mattress, the right fabric for my particular needs. She was interested in sending me away with what I wanted , however long it took. She could not have been more helpful in spite of the fact there were other people waiting to for her time and expertise. I was also impressed with the delivery service when I had to change a delivery time and ask for them to be particularly helpful with a time slot as the sofa was for my 90 year old father. They were charming and flexible both on the phone and in person.
