From first arrival at the showroom to delivery of our sofa-bed the service could not be faulted. Staff in the showroom were polite, helpful and patient whilst we chose what we wanted. Ordering was done without any fuss - we were offered a drink whilst we went through the process - even paying was painless! The Sofa-bed was delivered without any problems and within the agreed time frame. Again the delivery drivers were polite and helpful when they assembled the necessary bits. It now looks and feels wonderful - I hope we get many years of comfortable use from it.
