The delivery was 21-2 hour?s late, but should have been postponed until better travelling conditions. A delay of a week would have still been within the delivery time ?window?. Regarding the sofabed, I am pleased with the quality of manufacture, the fabric and the comfort of the sofabed. I have had a problem folding the bed after it was slept in at Christmas, but eventually got it to click in and fold, maybe I have to push it upto a wall first.... I haven?t dared open it again yet! On the whole at the moment I would recommend Willow and Hall, indeed I have already!
