Fantastic showroom and staff. Ordered my sofa online and this was followed up with a confirmation phone call. Delivery guys were courteous and made sure to explain how the sofa bed opened-shut etc. I ordered arm caps retrospectively and although told they would take 2 weeks they were received in 1 week.
