From the very first phone call staff were friendly, polite and helpful. They always did what they said they would do, and by when they said they would, except when it came to delivery when they did even better. There is an amazing choice of fabric and the free samples of my selections really helped to get it right. I?m so happy with my guest bed, it has helped me turn my spare bedroom into a comfortable sewing room.
