Very helpful staff in the Chiswick showroom, given fabric samples to look at at home which did confirm the choices I'd made. Customer services on the phone really helpful, friendly and accommodating trying to find a delivery date and time to best suit me. The delivery team arrived promptly, reassured me there was no problem getting the sofa bed through a fairly narrow doorway, assembled it and showed me how it all worked in about half an hour. The sofa bed is ideal in size, shape, colour and comfort so absolutely delighted. Really cannot fault a seamless team effort from start to finish!
