Felipe helped us in your west London showroom and gave us as much time as we needed and was very helpful in describing the differences between all the sofa beds we considered and all the different fabrics to choose from. He was very patient and we were there for a long time. Your customer service line is very helpful as well and your delivery people do exactly what we were told they would do. We were given all the updates about when and what time they would come and they did exactly that and they were very careful with the sofa bed and our possessions.
