The sales staff in the store were friendly and helpful. We later phoned for advice as we wanted to check dimensions for getting it into our home - we thought they were a little over cautious, but this is understandable (they didn't recommend the sofabed we wanted, but we took the risk and got it in with no problems). Our order was processed quickly and was ready earlier than expected. Communication with Willow and Hall was good: delivery was well organised, on time, phoned ahead etc. The delivery guys were exceptional (Adam and another man from Texas) - really lovely, friendly people, nothing too much trouble and gave useful advice about looking after the sofa - the best delivery service we've had in a long time! We're very pleased with our sofabed - we thought it was a fair price for the quality. It's very comfortable for both sitting and sleeping and looks great. Thank you, very much recommended.
