It has been a long time since I have dealt with a company who take customers seriously and who do not drop the ball as soon as the purchase is made. Really helpful staff in store with very good product knowledge which I am very grateful for. I have never spent so much on furniture but am glad I spent my money with Willow and Hall and will do so again if I get the chance. Logistics were also on the ball and were able to accomodate unforseen changes at my end. Finally, delivery guys were fantastic. Friendly, efficient and patient while running through the demo. Very impressed. Thank you Willow and Hall!
