We found the sales staff very helpful and accommodating. We were unable to get to the showroom but needed a sofa bed reasonably quickly. They provided lots of fabric samples and loads of information, were very patient and not at all pushy (terrific bonus) even though we had not ordered. After ordering they were in touch with timescales etc. The sofa was delivered on time, and with a good time slot, by to competent and cheerful deliverymen who had the whole thing assembled in about 20 mins. They demonstrated the bed mechanism and made sure that we understood that it would be a little fierce to start with. They also removed all packaging.
