We thought that the service we received was exceptional from the moment we placed our order for a sofa bed right through the whole process until we received it. We were sent a fabric swatch without asking for one and when we spoke to a member of the team in relation to our order we received professional guidance and a feeling that nothing would be too much trouble; such a refreshing approach to customer service. The delivery of our sofa arrived ahead of schedule which we were pleased about as we hoped to have it by Christmas. The delivery team were polite, professional and a true asset to the company. The whole experience was enjoyable and we will definitely use this company again and have already recommended them to others.
