My ottoman arrived and it is really lovely. The delivery process was excellent - I had a slot of 7-10am and they called at 8.20 to say they were 20 mins away and arrived at 8.40 and were very courteous and helpful. I really appreciate the quality of service you have given. When I placed the order I didn't request a material sample. Someone called me to double check that I was happy about not seeing the material and sent a sample in anycase and advised me that if for any reason I didn't like it, just to let you know. The beautifully presented sample arrived within 2 days and although it was just what I had expected from your website, it was reassuring to have received it. Please thank the team there - the website is clear and easy to navigate, the sales team are thoughtful, proactive and a pleasure to talk to, the product is excellent quality and the delivery was smooth and completely un-frustrating (a rarity!) - so an all round positive and pleasant experience and I will be recommending you to friends and if I need anything else I will be sure to see if it is something you do before I go elsewhere.
