They were very flexible and understanding. We tried to buy one model, but it wouldn't fit up our staircase, we then returned it and ordered another smaller one - they were great, and refunded the difference. Their delivery company was amazing too - the first guys tried very hard to get that one up, but it was impossible. The second (different duo) were also fantastic, and tried for about 30 mins to get it up the stairs; genuinely surprised-impresseed.
