The sofa was delivered as promised and the guys showed me how to set it up and put it away. It is beautifully made and my guests have slept really well on it. It also looks great! I had a few problems with the service though. I bought a sofa bed that was in the sale, but had a call to say that it had been broken when loading the van. I was then offered another and given a choice of colours to choose from. When I got home from work and checked on the website, I found that I was being offered a sofa of inferior quality to the one that I had bought. I rang the saleswoman in London the next day and she said that, as the sofa had been in the sale, it was okay to offer me a cheaper version as a replacement. I did not want a sofa that was 100% polyester. After some discussion, she spoke with her manager and got back to me to say that they would honour the deal and I could have the same kind of sofa that I had ordered. So I was happy with the outcome, but was surprised that I had to argue in order to get a like-for-like replacement.
