We were a bit apprehensive buying a large item online and unseen, but were very impressed by the ease of ordering samples, the actual ordering process and service received. Delivery was on time and efficient. Every member of staff we have been in contact with have been friendly and helpful. Finally, we love our sofa bed and so do our visitors who sleep on it.
