I am very pleased with my sofa bed, it looks great and is very comfortable. The delivery people were very helpful and friendly. However when I visited the showroom there was a mixture of staff, one woman (with the mum from Ayr) was extremely helpful telling me all about the different materials and checking out the mattresses but the lady just before that didn't even offer, just told me there were more sofas upstairs!
I would have liked an email after delivery to check that I was happy with everything.
