Attention to detail is commendable and the ability to view the whole range of fabric samples, discuss their merits and drape large swathes of material over showroom furniture really helps you choose what's right for you. But the experience really starts from the Willow & Hall website. It is by far the best I have seen, is very comprehensive allowing you to know a lot about the furniture and therefore make a trip to the showroom with confidence. The great experience is continued once you order your furniture. Delivery times are met and it's easy to communicate with delivery staff who were on time, very helpful and professional. They even helped move other furniture around our sitting room.
